Other say it takes over 8,000. The truth is, you should use The Power Pivot Trainer as much as possible because all muscle memory is perishable and needs to be refreshed with frequency, even after it has been perfected.
Where can the Power Pivot Trainer be used?
The rubber bottom of the turf prevents The Power Pivot from slipping on most surfaces and provides protection for flooring. You can use the Power Pivot Trainer just about anywhere you can swing a bat or pivot your hips into the correct hitting position.
How does the Power Pivot Trainer build muscle memory?
The Power Pivot Trainer has a two very important features which helps create muscle memory. The first of which is a torsion spring which provides resistance while pivoting into the correct position. Without the proper downforce the hitters foot will slide off the device. The second is a stop which does not allow the hitter to over rotate, it stops at 90 degrees which positions the back foot correctly pointed at the pitcher. Over rotating will cause a loss of balance and most likely cause the batter to make a poor swing and miss the pitch.
